The reservations that were created in MaxiBooking by a manager are immediately confirmed. However, the reservations coming from external sources must be confirmed by a manager or other stuff. This includes external booking channels, such as Expedia or Booking, as well as a booking engine on your hotel's website.
Unconfirmed reservations are highlighted in blue color in the main list of reservations. To confirm the booking, click on the confirmation button on the right side of the table, next to reservations number.
Unconfirmed reservation do not differ in any way. You still can accommodate guests or edit the reservation, even if it has not been confirmed. Confirmation is made for your convenience, so that the administrator or the owner of the hotel could immediately see the new reservation.
