Working with filters

All the bookings entering the system can be viewed in the My Reservations section of the menu. This is the start page in the MaxiBooking program.

To find the right information about reservation you have a filter with a flexible system settings to your convenience.

1. There is a normal filter, where you can use a number of options:

Sort your reservation by dates, where dates can be specified not only for Check-ins, but also for Check-outs, Accommodation, Creation, and Deletion. This parameter is edited in the next window.

Also, the filter is configured by the room type, the type (source) of the reservation and the status of payment. Additionally you can see confirmed and unconfirmed reservations and include deleted bookings in the search results.

2. Apart from the usual filter, there is also a quick links panel. It allows you to display reservations with certain qualities in one click. You can quickly sort your reservation by the following parameters:

Check in today

Check in tomorrow

Currently accommodated

Not confirmed

No accommodation

Not paid

Overdue

Not checked in

My reservations - the bookings that you created

With the help of reset button you can reset the fast filters.

You can also use the search box. It is enough to enter the first characters, so that the system finds the desired reservation by number or by last name of guests.
