General Information
Stock module allows you to keep records of equipment and other materials in your hotel. This is an additional module where you can create groups of goods, and then calculate expenses and income and look at the remaining commodities in the warehouse. If you are not using another program for that, this module can help you to manage the hotel stock.
Create a product
Before using the stock module, you need to set it up first.
To do this, go to the Settings / Stock section in the main menu on the left.
First of all you need to create categories of commodities in your stock. To add a category, click + Add new category at the top of the screen or + Add new category at the bottom of the screen.
In the newly opened window enter information about the category. It is enough to specify the Title and Internal Title for employees if needed and then save the changes.
After the categories have been created, you can proceed to creating positions. To add a new commodity click on the + Add commodity button in the upper right corner of the screen.
In the product creation window fill in two information blocks:
General Information
Title - product name.
Internal title - name of the commodity for employees.
Price per unit - the price of one unit of a product.
Measure unit - specify how the commodity must be measured (liter, kilogram, unit, etc.)
Settings
Enabled? - turning the switch to "Yes" or "No" will enable or disable the commodity.
Important! Do not forget to save the changes after filling in the necessary information.
