If the goods and their categories were created, then you can proceed to work with the warehouse. To get started, go to the Stock section in the main menu on the left.
You will be taken to the Records tab. Initially, the table is empty. To fill in the income and expenses of commodities click on the + Add button at the bottom of the screen.
Remember that the fields marked with * are required to fill in. In the opened window you need to fill in the following fields:
Operation - note whether this is a receipt or the expense of the goods.
Date - specify the date of receipt or expense.
Hotel - if you have several hotels, select the one from the list.
Commodity - select a product from the previously created list
Quantity - the quantity of incoming or spent commodities
Measure unit can not be changed. Should be set in advance when creating the commodities.
Price per unit - the price is also taken from the database, but you can change it if necessary.
Sum - the amount is calculated automatically, based on the quantity and price of the commodity.
Important! After entering the information, do not forget to save the changes.
