About Front Office section

Front Office is one of the main tools that allows the reception service to work with reservations. Here you can see all the latest information on the current state of the hotel, accommodate guests, arrange check-in / check-out and identify problems with payments. The Front office section can be found in the main menu on the left. Please note that you can see how many guests await for the check in or out next to Main Menu. Guests waiting for check in are marked with a red number, and those who are waiting for checking out are marked with a green number.
