Why notifications don't disappear?

Sometimes, when you log in, you may see a warning that there are errors in the system. They usually look as follows:

We recommend you immediately go to the appropriate section and fix what the notification warned you about. But you may notice that even after fixing the error, the warning does not disappear and continues to pop up every time you log in. The matter is that warnings can be removed only manually. In order to mark a notification as read, click on the X in the upper right corner of the notification window.
