Setting up the prices

After the tariffs are created and the rooms are put up for sale, it remains only to set the prices to make the reservation available to users.

In order to set prices go to Prices and offers / Prices.

Manual price input

In the opened window, with the help of filters, select the time period for which you want to set prices. Then choose a rate, otherwise all tariffs will be displayed. If you need to determine prices only for a particular room type, specify it in the corresponding field of the filter panel.

To set the price, enter a value in the cells from in the Price line under each date. We also recommend filling in the rest of the cells, as they are required in many online booking systems.

Price per person - put an X in the box if the price is indicated per person, not for the whole room.

Single person price - the cost of a room for two or more people in case when one person wants to book it.

Price for additional bed for an adult - indicate the price for an extra adult bed, if this option is available in this room type.

Price for bed for a child - indicate the price for a child, if it differs from the main price.

Remember that you can copy the column to the neighboring column or copy the values ​​to the wizard. To do this, move the cursor to the date and choose an option you need.

Important! After filling all the cells, do not forget to save the information.

Price Generation

If you need to set a large number of similar prices, use the price wizard. To do this choose Prices and Offers / Prices in the main menu and click on the Price Wizard button.

In the newly opened window fill in 3 information blocks: Settings, Price and Store data for subsequent repeat use

. Fields marked with * are mandatory.

Settings

Starting date - the date from which the prices will be generated.

End date - with this date price generation will end.

Days of the week - if you want to generate prices just for some days of the week, specify the weekdays here

Room types - select the room types from the list to generate prices just for them.

Rates - select the rates from the list you want prices to be generated for.

Price

Price - the main price per room.

Price per person? - if you set the price per person, not the whole room, set the switch to "Yes".

Single occupancy price - the cost of a room for two or more people in case when one person wants to book it.

Adult price for additional bed - indicate the price for an extra adult bed, if this option is available in this room type.

Child price for standard bed - indicate the price for a child, if it differs from the main price.

Child price for additional bed – set the price for an additional bed if it taken by the child.

If you indicated that there can be more than one additional place, new fields will appear here for each place.

Remember for future usage

Set the switch to "Yes" if you want prices to be preserved when you open the price generator again.

Important! After filling all the fields, do not forget to save the information.

Deletion and editing

You can delete or change the price manually, by simply deleting the data from the cells, or through the price generator. Remember that the data in the cells will always be overwritten after each generation!
