Overview

After creating the rate, putting up rooms for a sale and setting up prices, the rooms become available for booking by users. To make sure that you did everything correctly and did not miss anything, there is a special tool called Overview.

In order to switch to Overview go to Prices and Offers / Overview in the main menu to the left.

First, set dates, rates and room types using a filter. The program will show the table and will indicate if everything you need is filled in. If everything was filled correctly you will see that all cells for a certain date are marked with a tick and have a green color. It means that guests can find the room online and can book it.

Important! If you see a cross and the cell is red, something was missed and you need to enter the required data so that the room can be booked. In the lines you can see what exactly is missing so that the error can be identified more easily. For example, the screenshot from the bottom shows that there is no price for Deluxe type rooms for December. You need to set prices for this date, otherwise the guests will not see the rooms and won't be able to book it!
