The program also has a database of companies similar to the guest database.
To start working with it go to the Reports / Organization section.
Working with the table
There are no filters on the company report page but there are 2 tabs. In the first one you can find partners and your companies in the second one.
Basically companies are used to create documents so that data from the entries is filled in automatically in the document templates. Therefore it is recommended to create your own organizations.
Otherwise, the tabs are absolutely identical and allow you to perform the following actions:
- You can sort the contact in the columns in ascending or descending order by clicking on the arrows next to the column names.
- The company can be deleted by clicking the delete button next to its name.
- The company can be edited by clicking on the edit button next to its name or the name itself.
- You can create a new organization by clicking on the + Add button in the bottom of the page.
Create / edit a new organization
After clicking on the +Add button the company editing window will open. Here you need to fill 5 blocks. Remember that the fields marked with * are required.
Personal information
Title - full name of the company including the form of ownership
Short title - informal name, without form of ownership, etc.
Head name and Accountant name - specify the full name of the head of the company and its accountant if they are know to you.
Phone and Email - contact details of the organization.
TIN - Specify the TIN. The field must contain at least 7 digits.
Registration information
Registration number - specify the registration number of the organization if needed. The field must contain at least 9 digits.
Registration date - date of registration of the organization.
Registration place - indicate the registration place.
VAT number - specify a value added tax identification number if needed
SIC code - a Standard Industrial Classification code of the company.
Signatory name - name of the person who can sign documents. This is necessary for creating documents.
Type of company - a type of the company you create
Address
In this block, please fill in the City. Also indicate the street, house, wing, office number and ZIP code if it is needed.
Account number
Here you can specify company's bank information, which is required to make payments and receive them. Fill in the Bank Name and Address. Account number also must be provided. Other information like SWIFT, IBAN etc, must be filled in depending on the requirements in different countries. This information can differ from country to country.
Additional
Type - in this block specify whether the company is your partner or one of your organizations.
Comment - of you have any additional information, you can put it here.
Stamp - you can load a stamp for this organization in jpeg., gif., png.
Don't forget to save the information after you fill it in!
