Website creation

You can create a hotel website in our program without spending any money and with little effort. This service doesn't cost anything and is included in the package. It makes it possible to get a modern, simple and functional website in just a few minutes.

Website creation

To create a website go to the Website settings/Website section in the main menu. Here you need to specify the data that will be displayed on the website:

WEB address - set up a link to your site. After you save the changes you will be able to see your website by pressing the Go to Website button.

Color theme - you have 10 templates too choose from, each in different color. You can choose only one. Which suits you more.

Properties - if you have several hotels, then you can make a single website for all of them.

Payment options - specify how much the guest must prepay on your website (if have to at all).

Tags - write some tags for search engines.

After entering the data save changes.

 

Filling in the information about your website

Your website is already operational, but we recommend you to fill in additional information about the hotel in order for the website to look more polished and for it to be more helpful for the guests.

In Website/Website settings you can see 4 tabs. The second tab which has the name of your hotel provides recommendations regarding your website content. Here you can see the list of all the data you can enter in order to make your website look complete.

 

You can go to all the sections listed here for your convenience. We recommend you to enter the following information:

• Description  
• Hotel logo  
• Address  
• Contact details  
• Latitude  
• Longitude  
• Street  
• City  
• House #  
• ZIP code  
• Pictures

It is also necessary to fill in the detailed information about the room types your hotel has. You can also see what contact is missing and what you have already done. Filled content is marked with a green tick and the missing information is marked with a red exclamation mark.

Note: size of the pictures is 2 MB max. The main picture will be the header of your site, so it should be the full-width but not very high.

Note: The booking engine will be configured automatically and will be ready to use immediately after your website is created. But the payment system is connected to your booking engine separately.

The third tab contains the information about your privacy policy.

Configuring the payment engine

The booking engine is already present, however guests will not be able to pay for the reservation unless the payment engine is configured.

To do that go to the Website/Payment settings  and press +Add at the bottom of the page.

 

Information that must be specified here:

Parameters

Hotels - select the hotels you want to be connected to the payment engine

Enabled - put Yes to activate the engine

Use for search extra fields?  - if you want the search field to have a name field then put Yes.

Show amount - put Yes if you want the guests to see the amount to be paid (if you do not have 100% prepayment).

Use reCaptcha? - enable the checking before payment in order to avoid fraud.

Layout

Full width? - Specify whether the payment window will be stretched to the full width of the screen.

Width - if not full width, specify the width of the window in pixels

Height - the height of the window in pixels

Css - connect css-styles. Recommended only for advanced users.

Horizontal? - if you want the form fields to be placed horizontally, put Yes.

CSS Libraries - connect css libraries

Theme - the color scheme of the form. You can see the examples here: https://bootswatch.com

JavaScript

You can significantly modify the form if can with the help of javascript. Recommended only for advanced users.

After filling in all the data don't forget to save the changes.
