Conditions and restrictions

Initially, the conditions and restrictions are set in the rate when you create it. You can specify the active period of the rate and also add different restrictions that allow you to specify in which cases the booking will not be available to users.

You can also add conditions and restrictions in an additional section. To go there, select Prices and offers / Terms and Conditions from the main menu to the left.

Manual filling

In this section you can use the filter to select the dates, types of rooms and rates you want before setting restrictions and conditions If you want to add a condition, add it directly to the table cells. You can also copy conditions from a column to an adjacent column. To do this, move the cursor to the cell with the date and click a respective icon.

The following restrictions are available in the program:

Minimum stay - The minimum number of days for which you can book a room.

Maximum stay - the maximum number of days for which you can book a room.

Minimum days before arrival - The minimum number of days when the booking becomes available.

Maximum days before arrival - the maximum number of days prior this date you can book the room.

Maximum number of guests - the maximum number of guests in the room.

Minimum number of guests - the minimum number of guests in the room.

No check in - mark if its not possible to check in at this day.

No check out - Mark if it is not possible to check out on this day.

Closed - the rooms are not available for stays on this day.

Important! After filling the required cells, do not forget to save the changes by clicking the Save button in the bottom of the table.

Conditions and restrictions wizard

If you want to make a large number of restrictions for a long period of time, it is more convenient to create them using a generator. Click on the Terms and conditions Wizard button.

In the window that opens, you need to fill in several information blocks.

Settings

Here we determine a period for which we set the limitations, filling the Starting date and End date fields is required.

Days of the week - conditions / restrictions can be set for certain days of the week here.

Room types - Indicate for which category of rooms the restrictions / conditions will be used.

Rates - also indicates for which rates the restrictions will be used.

Booking Lengths

In the Minimum length fields specify the minimum staying period in the room. In Maximum length field specify the maximum period of stay in the room.

Early / late reservation

Specify how far in advance the room can be booked.

Check-in / check-out restrictions

With the help of the switch, indicate whether it is possible to check-in or check-out these days or if the rooms are closed altogether for this period.

Number of guests limitation

In this block you can set the maximum and minimum number of possible guests.

Important! After filling in all the fields, do not forget to save the changes.
