If the list provided by default does not have the group you need, you can create new groups. To do this, click on the + Add button in the bottom of the screen.
The group creation window consists of two blocks. In the General information block you need to specify the name of the group.
The next block provides an extensive list of rights. We recommend you to consider the choice of rights for the group carefully, despite the fact that there are a lot of them, since this will determine the effectiveness of the employees' work in the future.
All rights are divided into categories. Categories include various actions. You can see the list of actions by clicking on +. To hide the group, click -. If you want to give the right to perform all the actions in the category, then check the box next to the category name. If you want to give employees the right to perform only some of the actions in the category, tick only them.
Important! After you have filled out all the information, do not forget to save the changes.
When a group is added to the list, it can be applied during employees creation or editing.
