When you have created a list of required tasks, you can start assigning them to employees. Go to the Tasks section in the main menu on the left.
To assign a task to the employee, click on the + Add button at the bottom of the page.
In the opened task editor window fill in the following fields:
Task type - select the desired task from the list.
Priority - state the urgency of the task. Tasks with low priority should be performed in the last place, with a high priority in the first place.
Date and time - the time when the task must be performed.
Wing, Floor and Rooms - specify where the task will be located.
Group - select the group to assign the task to.
Executor - if you want to assign a task to a specific employee, select them from the list.
Comment - if you need to specify details you can do this in this window.
Status - initially the status will be Open, but if you want to change the status for some reason, it can be done.
After filling in all the fields, always remember to save the changes.
When the task was created, it will be displayed in the task table and will be ready for further manipulation.
