Actions

Perhaps you noticed that in addition to the usual buttons like Save and close, Save and Cancel at the bottom of the screen you have an additional Actions button when editing the reservation.

Here you can form the necessary documentation for guests. This can be a booking confirmation, a registration card and other documents. If you need to add or modify any documents, please inform your manager about it. More details about the documents and document templates can be found in this article.

Also here you can perform a series of actions with the order.

Find similar - this action will redirect you to the Search section and will show you available bookings with the same room category and on the same dates.

Add reservation - the selected reservation will be added to a new order.

Unlock the block - this option will allow the reservation to be modified in external reservation services like booking.com.

Delete - deleting a chosen booking.

Delete order - delete the entire order.
