Syncronization with Airbnb

After setting up the synchronization of Airbnb with MaxiBooking, all reservations made by guests via AirBnb will be automatically uploaded to Maxibooking. If an object was booked in Maxibooking or another booking system, information about this will be transferred to AirBnb in order to close the possibility to make a reservation for these days.

Please note  that resevation prices are set in AirBnb account.

Setting up synchronization:

1. Go to Channel Manager → Airbnb and click “Next”

A window will open where you shoul paste links from Airbnb to get the information about reservations.

2. The system will display a list of all the properites you have, you will need to provide a link for each of them.

To do this you will need:

1. To log into your AirBnb account (https://airbnb.com).
2. At the top of the page selectReceive guests and click Notifications.
3. A page will be opened where you will see a list of properties. Under property description click Calendar.
4. On the Calendar page click Accessibility Settingson the right above the calendar.
5. In this window you need to find the Synchronize calendars section and click Export calendar
6. Then copy a displayed link. It looks similar to this: https://www.airbnb.com/calendar/ical/12356789.ics?s=23987d97234e089734598f45
7. Go to Maxibooking and paste the link into the field of the corresponding property.

After you insert all links, click Next button.

3. In this step you need to set up your AirBnb account and insert links there in order to receive information about the availability of rooms (properies) from MaxiBooking.

To find a link:

1. Find the property in the list which you want to connect to AirBnb and click Copy link.
2. Log into your AirBnb account (https://airbnb.com).
3. At the top of the page selectReceive guests and click Notifications.
4. A page will be opened where you will see a list of properties. Under property description click Calendar.
5. On the Calendar page click Accessibility Settingson the right above the calendar.
6. On this page find the Synchronize calendars section and click Import calendar
7. In the newly opened window paste the link to the Calendar Address (URL) field
8. Then, in the Calendar Name field type MaxiBaking
9. After that click Import Calendar

After all links have been inserted click Next .

4. A window will be opened where ypu should select the rate from Airbnb which will be used by MaxiBooking and click Next.
5. At this point the system will start exchanging information about the availability of properties and their prices.

Check if all the necessary data has been specified for starting sales in Airbnb and then click the Connect button.

After you confirm the connection, reservation already created in Airbnb will be uploaded to Maxibooking, and data on the availability of objects will be uploaded to Airbnb.

After that the services will start exchanging data automatically.

Note. Do not forget that the booking prices are set in your Airbnb account, not MaxiBooking.
