Funds is another useful reporting tool for collecting statistics. It is also presented in the form of a table and provides various information on the money receipt, its source, debt and total revenue for different periods.
To start working with the report, go to the Reports / Funds section in the main menu.
You will see a filter which needs to be configured first.
- Enter the booking dates first.
- Then enter the accommodation dates. Please, note that the dates may not coincide.
- In the third field select the desired hotel if you have more than one.
- To generate a report, click Apply.
After you click Apply the program will build a table. This may take a while, especially if you selected a wide range of dates.
The table itself is not interactive, but it contains a large amount of data. Table is broken down by dates in lines and columns represent different data, such as non-cash income, cash income, various debts and total number of reservations , including their cost. The last column shows overall results per day.
